I’m Amanda Calhoun, a true Maryland girl with a passion for real estate.
Welcome to my little corner of the interwebs!
Born and raised in Maryland, I have a true appreciation for all the state has to offer. From beaches and cities to mountains and farmland and everything in between—there’s something for everyone! I also graduated from the University of Maryland and I’m a Terp for life!
I married my best friend Walt in 2013, and we have two beautiful boys and a sweet fur baby. I ran a wedding planning business for 5 years while also working full time as a strategic planning and policy analyst for the federal government. I sunsetted that business when I decided to get my real estate license in 2018. Still working full time job, I was able to match my full time salary year one, and doubled my business each year for the next two years! It was then that I decided to quit my decade’s long career in corporate America to focus solely on growing my real estate business.
In 2023, I decided to take my experiences being a dual career agent, building a thriving real estate business, and mentoring agents to launch a Business Planning Course and open my marketing toolbox to the masses! In addition to real estate guides and checklists I have created a Small Business Dashboard and business and personal budgeting spreadsheets.
